Terms and Conditions for Attendance of Our 60-Minute Online Meeting & Online events
1. Introduction   These terms and conditions apply to all attendees of the 60-minute online meeting (hereafter referred to as "the Meeting") organized by [Luke McFarland Consulting & Advisory Services] (hereafter referred to as "the Organizer"). By attending the Meeting, attendees agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Meeting Access   Attendees will be provided with access details to the Meeting, which may include a URL, dial-in number, access code, and/or other relevant instructions. It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure they can connect to the Meeting platform.
3. Start Time and Late Admission   The Meeting is scheduled to begin promptly at the designated start time. The Meeting room will remain open for admission up to 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. Attendees who attempt to join the Meeting after this 10-minute window may not be granted access.
No Refunds   The Organizer operates a strict no-refund policy. Payments made for the Meeting are final and non-refundable. This applies to no-shows or any cancellations by the attendees for any reason.
No-Show Termination   In the event that attendees do not join within the 10-minute late admission window, the Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Meeting. The Organizer also reserves the right to consider an attendee as a no-show if they have not joined within this time frame.
6. Attendee Conduct   Attendees agree to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner during the Meeting. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Meeting who is deemed to be disruptive or behaving inappropriately.
Privacy and Confidentiality   Attendees agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all discussions during the Meeting. Recording or sharing of Meeting content without explicit permission from the Organizer is strictly prohibited.
Technical Difficulties   The Organizer is not responsible for any technical difficulties that may occur before or during the Meeting which may prevent an attendee from accessing or participating in the Meeting.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions   The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the attendee's responsibility to review these terms regularly to ensure they are aware of any changes.
Acceptance of Terms    By attending the Meeting, attendees indicate their acceptance of these terms and conditions. If an attendee does not agree to these terms, they should not attend the Meeting.
Promotions , Raffles & Giveaways    "Please note that our promotional offers and the opportunity to win giveaways through raffle draws at our conferences are contingent upon a minimum of 90 people fully registering and attending. Should attendance fall short of this number, with fewer than 90 individuals present, we regret to inform you that the raffle draw will not take place, and no giveaways will be distributed at the end of the conference."
